Our charming wooden home is in a quiet but central part of Santa Maddalena in Casies and offers 6 beautifully furnished apartments and a lawn-sun terrace. All our flats have a south-facing balcony or terrace, from where you can enjoy spectacular views across the Val Casies to the first range of the Dolomites.

Are you looking for an unspoiled landscape, a quiet corner, peace, rest, and some enjoyable exercise in a natural setting?
If so, the Val Casies is just the place for you! This pristine landscape with its mountain farms and cottages provides the perfect setting for some wonderful long hikes. And in winter, what can beat going out in the snow? Ski lovers can make use of the Santa Maddalena ski lift, go to the Plan de Corones ski resort, or get a free ride to the Tre Cime Dolomiti ski area on the ski train.

A bit of a treat:
you get a free HolidayPass, which allows you to use all the public transport systems free of charge!

Ski mountaineers will be in their element both on and off the slopes.
And what can we offer cross-country skiers? There are 40 kilometres of tracks around Val Casies!

  

For all these reasons, our lovely home is the ideal choice for your holiday.
Our apartments in Val Pusteria are in a comfortable wooden house and are equipped with a kitchenette and a south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a splendid view across the Val Casies towards the first range of the Dolomites. All our bright, welcoming apartments come with parquet flooring and characteristic wooden ceilings.

You can also arrange to have breakfast or dinner at the Hotel Hofmann restaurant.

Price infos
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is not included in the price and is payable on arrival. The amount of tax payable is based on the rates set by the municipal authorities at the time of your stay (€ 1.70 per person per day, from age 14 upward).
Cancellation Terms & holiday cancellation insurance
Terms of cancellation: pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code

The Italian consumer protection code does not include a right of withdrawal. We still grant you a right of withdrawal in line with Art. 1382 and under the following conditions:

Up to 30 days before your due date of arrival, you can cancel your reservation without any penalty. Only your advance payment will be withheld. In the event of cancellation within the period of 30 days leading up to the agreed arrival date, the customer is required to pay the following penalties:
For cancellations up to a maximum of 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total cost of the stay. For cancellations during the 14 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of the total cost of the stay.

In the event of no show or early departure, the customer is required to pay the total cost of the stay.

Please notify us in good time of any circumstances that will force you to cancel your holiday.

Holiday cancellation insurance
We will be happy to welcome you to our apartments! However, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance at time of booking to cover the cost of your stay, so that you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind.
